By accessing and using Auto Localize, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.
Auto Localize grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software and services for localization purposes.
Auto Localize offers certain enhanced features called "PRO" which you can purchase as a monthly subscription ("Subscription"). A description of features associated with Subscriptions is available via the Services. Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store, and by subscribing you are agree to Apple App Store Terms and Conditions including payment, cancelation and refund processes.
Where Services are offered on a free trial basis, subscriptions continue automatically after the free trial period ends. Subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel them.

We only process the content you wish to localize. This data is shared with OpenAI API solely for the purpose of localization and is not stored on our servers.
Application logs may be shared with our support team only with user consent for troubleshooting and improving user experience.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Application or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement in the Mobile Application. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Application after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our software without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the software, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
Auto Localize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the software; (b) unauthorized access to your data.
